The purpose of the Central Baltimore Future Fund is to stimulate inclusive economic growth and attract investment in the ten Central Baltimore neighborhoods by: 1) partnering with Reinvestment Fund to make loans to transformational high impact commercial, residential and neighborhood development projects; 2) acquiring and offering to developers vacant and blighted properties for redevelopment; and 3) providing advisory services to members of the public that facilitate the development in ways that support community plans and objectives.

Homewood Community Partners Initiative
The purpose of HCPI is to create and implement a comprehensive common agenda for the revitalization of the ten Central Baltimore neighborhoods. The HCPI agenda serves as a "call to action," a rallying point for collaborative action among a wide variety of organizations, institutions and businesses executing the strategy. Together, the partners pursuing the HCPI agenda commit their own resources, support each other, work to attract significant outside investment and promote the area as a superb opportunity to live, work, play, learn, invest and do business. Those partners seek an ever-expanding group of collaborators to pursue the shared vision of a growing, vibrant urban center; a livable community of desirable neighborhoods, schools and amenities, and active stakeholders who work closely together.
